Inside Out Beef Wellington- Roasted portobello mushroom, puff pastry, duck liver pate, and tarragon demi glace, paired with brococolini and green tip carrots.
Mushroom and Red Wine Braised Lamb Bourguignon, paired with parsnip mashed potatoes and haricots verts. Sourced from our local Prairie Hills Farm.
Chicken Valentino- Proscuito, roasted grapes, Wisconsin blue, balsamic port reduction, with three cheese potato pie and baby beets.
Our professional mixologist, Ivan Guzman, has created a very special drink menu and carefully selected wine list to make you feel the love, including a few select signature cocktails:
Touch of Venus- includes Dry White Wine, Limoncello, Amaretto, and Fresh Lemon Juice, garnished with cheese and blackberry
Be My Honey- features Scotch, Drambuie, Lemon Juice, Lavender Honey, and garnished with dried Lavender.
Caribbean Romance- Malibu Rum, Cointreau, Fresh Lime Juice, Squeezed Lemon Juice, Lemon Lime Soda, Grenadine, garnished with a sugary lemon wheel.
